Renaissance Business Solutions agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information obtained during the provision of tele marketing services. Similarly, clients agree to keep any confidential information provided by Renaissance Business Solutions confidential.

6. Intellectual Property:

Any intellectual property developed or used in connection with the provision of tele marketing services shall remain the property of Renaissance Business Solutions unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability:

Renaissance Business Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of tele marketing services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination:

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material provision of these Terms and Conditions and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable period.

9. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of jurisdiction.

10. Entire Agreement:

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the provision of tele marketing services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

By using Renaissance Business Solutions’ tele marketing services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
